Sunday-Thursday 10 pm – 6 am $18.50/hr

Machine Helper Requirements

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to work in a hot environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

About the Machine Helper Role

As a Machine Helper Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Assist Machine Operators with the setup and operation of paper converting machinery.
Load and position paper rolls, cores, and other production materials.
Feed paper and materials into machinery as directed by the Machine Operator.
Remove finished products from machines and prepare them for packaging.
Inspect finished products for quality, defects, proper dimensions, and overall appearance.
Count, stack, label, wrap, and package finished products according to customer specifications.
Assist with machine changeovers, adjustments, and cleaning.
Perform basic material handling duties, including moving product and supplies throughout the production area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
