Finishing Assistant
Georgetown, KY
Pay: $14.50/hour
Pay: $14.50/hour
Position Type: Temporary | Temp-to-Hire Potential
Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Overtime may be required
Finishing Assistant Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow customer order specifications
- Ability to identify quality materials and report concerns
- Willingness to work safely around finishing equipment
- Ability to communicate and work with a production crew
Key Responsibilities
- Support the crew in the safe operation of finishing equipment.
- Check materials and order details to help meet customer requirements.
- Monitor waste coming off the machine and notify the Operator if levels are excessive.
- Record waste information as required.
- Watch for potential maintenance issues and submit maintenance or safety work orders.
- Work with crew members to meet production and quality goals.
