Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Machine Operator.
Machine Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to understand, read, speak, and write English.
- Strong attention to detail and steady hands required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to move between different production and assembly tasks as needed.
- Must be comfortable performing hands-on manufacturing work, with most lifting tasks involving no more than 20 pounds.
- Required dress code: Jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toe footwear.
- Must have reliable personal transportation. Ridesharing is not permitted.
About the Machine Operator Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Tend machines used to manufacture track parts for the interiors of semi-trucks.
- Support beam assembly operations.
- Perform panel assembly tasks.
- Move between production workstations as assigned.
- Handle components and materials during manufacturing and assembly.
- Maintain attention to detail while completing repetitive production tasks.
- Follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks.
