Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packer.

Packer Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Location: Springboro, OH

Packer Requirements/Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
Ability to stand for extended periods while pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.
Ability to use both hands for grasping, pulling, and packing.
Must have reliable personal transportation.
Safety-toe shoes with slip-resistant protection are required.
Must wear hearing protection; earplugs are provided.
Ability to perform simple math.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established packing procedures.
Ability to work cooperatively with machine operators and other packers.
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

About the Packer Role

As a Packer, your responsibilities will include:

Pack paper rolls into trays, cartons, and boxes according to job specifications.
Maintain the required packing speed while ensuring product quality.
Visually inspect paper rolls for defects.
Report defective rolls or printing issues to the machine operator and supervisor.
Follow instructions for selecting the correct containers and packing materials.
Apply labels to packing boxes according to job specifications.
Assist machine operators with equipment setups and roll changes.
Clean up paper and maintain the general work area.
Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable safety practices.
Work with team members to ensure products are packaged correctly.
