Warehouse Supervisor Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $26.00–$30.00/hr, based on experience

Location: Columbus, OH

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications

Previous warehouse supervisory experience required.
Previous shipping and receiving office/clerk experience required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively lead a warehouse team and maintain control of daily operations.
Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
Basic Hazmat knowledge and experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
Reliable and dependable attendance.
Ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with hands-on warehouse duties.

About the Warehouse Supervisor Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Lead and support warehouse employees throughout daily operations.
Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities.
Maintain organization and control of the warehouse team.
Provide hands-on support with warehouse operations as needed.
Support shipping and receiving activities.
Utilize previous shipping and receiving office/clerk experience to maintain efficient operations.
Communicate expectations clearly to warehouse employees.
Help maintain an organized, productive, and efficient work environment.
Monitor daily workflow and ensure tasks are completed properly.
Apply Hazmat knowledge when handling applicable materials and shipments.
Work closely with team members to support daily warehouse needs.
