Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.

Production Associate Job Details

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available
1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:00 AM

Pay Rate: $18.38/hr

Location: Carrollton, KY

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
Strong communication skills and ability to respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections.
Ability to maintain the production pace of other team members.
Ability to use power tools and various equipment as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Ability to frequently lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, push, and pull.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including heat, humidity, and cold.
Ability to follow established safety and quality procedures.

About the Production Associate Role

As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Perform production duties including manual lifting, packaging, labeling, and sorting finished cores.
Move products and inventory using a hand pallet jack.
Follow customer specifications and production requirements.
Assist with setting up the packing area.
Perform visual quality inspections on finished products.
Maintain the required production pace.
Use power tools and other equipment as needed to complete assigned duties.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Follow all prescribed safety regulations.
Report quality issues to the Line Operator or Production Shift Supervisor.
Perform additional production duties as assigned by the supervisor.
