Monday – Friday] | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $18.50/Hour
Overtime possible based on business needs
Baker Requirements
- Previous experience as a Baker, Cook, or related food preparation role required
- Ability to safely back up a large truck preferred CDL is NOT required
About the Baker Role
As a Baker, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking food products according to established recipes and production guidelines
- Measuring, mixing, portioning, and preparing ingredients accurately
- Following established baking and food preparation procedures
- Monitoring baking times, temperatures, quality, and consistency of finished products
- Following proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures
- Maintaining food safety standards throughout preparation and production
- Safely operating ovens, mixers, and other kitchen or bakery equipment
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized bakery and food preparation area
- Properly storing ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness and quality
- Following workplace safety procedures and using required PPE
- Assisting with general food preparation and kitchen responsibilities as needed
- Working with other food service team members to meet daily production needs
- Safely assisting with backing up a large truck when needed
- Performing additional bakery, food preparation, and kitchen duties as assigned
