Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Utility Associate.

Utility Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–Finish

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Location: Walton, KY

Utility Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Must have a consistent and reliable work history.
Strong attendance and dependability required.
Must be comfortable working in a wet, refrigerated, freezer, and extremely cold environment.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment.
Ability to follow directions, standard procedures, and instructions.
Ability to solve routine problems by following established policies and procedures.
Ability to immediately recognize auditory warning signals including bells, alarms, and horns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV), vacuum cleaners, and other equipment as required.
Must be flexible and willing to work in different production and facility areas.
Steel-toe footwear required.
English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
High school diploma or GED is not required.

About the Utility Associate Role

As a Utility Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Maintain clean, neat, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility.
Dispose of packaging materials, cartons, trash, and other debris.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum designated areas.
Clean hallways, stairs, office spaces, walkways, and other areas throughout the facility.
Empty trash and garbage containers.
Store extra materials and cleaning supplies appropriately.
Serve as a backup for positions within the production department.
Provide temporary support to various departments based on operational needs.
Help maintain the facility according to USDA and other food safety standards.
Operate cleaning equipment and other required equipment safely.
Work in refrigerated, freezer, and extremely cold areas as assigned.
Follow all company sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
