Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $17.25/hr
Location: Walton, KY
Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Sit-down forklift experience required.
- Must be comfortable operating production equipment.
- Ability to manually handle, move, stack, and palletize materials.
- Ability to work in a production and manufacturing environment.
- Basic English understanding preferred; Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to follow instructions and established production procedures.
- Strong attendance and reliability required.
- Jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toe footwear required.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production process equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment throughout the production process.
- Manually handle and move production materials.
- Stack materials according to established procedures.
- Palletize finished materials and products.
- Operate a sit-down forklift as required.
- Move and organize materials throughout designated production areas.
- Follow established production and safety procedures.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
