Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packager.
Packager Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Location: Newport, KY
Packager Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Reliable personal transportation required; rideshare transportation is not permitted.
- Ability to perform basic packaging duties accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work in an FDA-regulated facility and follow all required procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must follow all facility hygiene and safety requirements.
- No jewelry of any kind, including facial piercings, permitted.
- Long hair must be tied back.
- Long nails are not permitted.
- Casual dress including pants and gym shoes is permitted; tank tops are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted on-site.
- Must follow designated employee parking requirements.
About the Packager Role
As a Packager, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform basic packaging of produced labels.
- Package finished products according to established procedures.
- Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare packaged products for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Follow FDA-regulated facility procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow hygiene, dress code, and product-handling requirements.
- Work efficiently to meet daily packaging and production goals.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Assist with additional packaging and production duties as assigned.
