Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Receiving Forklift Operator.
Receiving Forklift Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Receiving Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Must have experience operating sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks.
- Previous warehouse, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
- RF scan gun experience required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to use computer touch screens, RF scan guns, and label printers.
- Ability to safely use rolling carts and step ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be willing and able to convert to a permanent position within approximately 3 months.
About the Receiving Forklift Operator Role
As a Receiving Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts.
- Support receiving and warehouse operations.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Use RF scan guns to locate, track, and process products.
- Walk throughout designated warehouse areas to pick orders.
- Use rolling carts and step ladders as needed.
- Move, stage, and organize products throughout the facility.
- Use computer touch screens and label printers to process orders.
- Verify products and orders for accuracy.
- Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow established warehouse, receiving, and safety procedures.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
