Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packing Associate.
Packing Associate Job Details
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Packing Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive warehouse tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and established packing procedures.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Packing Associate Role
As a Packing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pack products accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products and materials for shipment.
- Lift and handle products weighing up to 60 lbs. consistently.
- Verify products and quantities during the packing process.
- Organize packed products in designated warehouse areas.
- Handle and move products throughout the work area.
- Maintain accuracy while performing repetitive packing duties.
- Assist with general warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all established warehouse and safety procedures.
