Loader/Unloader – 1st Shift
Simpsonville, KY
Pay: $16.50/hour

- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Loader/Unloader Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding loading and unloading tasks
- Attention to detail when counting inventory and verifying orders
- Ability to follow pick tickets and loading instructions
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a shipping and receiving team
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound delivery trucks.
- Ensure trucks are unloaded in the correct sequence.
- Prepare trailers and company trucks for loading.
- Remove products from delivery trucks and stage inbound materials.
- Move products and load them onto outbound trailers.
- Determine the correct loading procedures for trailer shipments.
- Verify outgoing orders and load them according to pick tickets.
- Pull and organize orders for delivery to stores.
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
- Rotate stock and properly handle damaged materials.
- Keep loading and staging areas clean and organized.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
About the Loader/Unloader Role
Crown Staffing is hiring Loaders/Unloaders for an immediate first-shift opportunity in Simpsonville, KY. This full-time position is temporary with the intent to hire. After successfully completing the required 520 hours, associates may be considered for permanent placement with the client company.
