Schedule Information

RN – NICU Requirements
- Minimum of two years of recent NICU nursing experience
- Strong neonatal assessment and patient-monitoring skills
- Experience administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies
- Ability to operate neonatal and respiratory-support equipment
- Strong clinical documentation and family-education skills
- Ability to respond effectively to changes in neonatal patients’ conditions
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
- Complete neonatal assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Identify and respond to changes in patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Manage IV therapies and neonatal equipment.
- Support feeding and developmentally appropriate care.
- Respond to neonatal emergencies.
- Educate and support patients’ families.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other clinical team members.
