Food Service Worker Requirements
- Previous food service, cafeteria, kitchen, or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
About the Food Service Worker Role
As a Food Service Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily food and meal preparation
- Preparing and serving food according to established quality standards
- Supporting the Food Service Manager with daily meal operations
- Maintaining accurate cash receipts
- Recording and maintaining required meal records
- Assisting the manager with completing daily reports
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and production
- Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintaining clean and sanitary food preparation and service areas
- Following established kitchen safety practices
- Keeping workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Performing additional food preparation, service, and kitchen duties as assigned
