Panel Line Machine Operator Job Details
Monday–Friday | 3rd Shift After Training | $20.00–$21.00/Hour
Training: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM–1:00 AM | $20.00/Hour
After Training: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM | $21.00/Hour
After Training: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM | $21.00/Hour
- Training is expected to last approximately 2–3 months.
- Overtime possible and mandatory based on production needs.
Panel Line Machine Operator Requirements
- 6–12 months of machine operator experience
- Steel-toe boots required; additional task-specific PPE will be provided onsite
About the Panel Line Machine Operator Role
As a Panel Line Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and adjusting machine components according to customer orders and work order specifications
- Operating the production line to fulfill customer orders
- Monitoring machine operation, gauges, meters, and controls
- Ensuring production meets established safety, quality, and uniformity standards
- Monitoring production and responding quickly to equipment malfunctions
- Checking finished products for quality throughout the production process
- Monitoring machine efficiency, waste, and downtime
- Completing required production paperwork
- Identifying and recording problems related to products and production processes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area using the 6S process
- Working closely with the Production Supervisor, Team Leader, and production team
- Following established machine operating and safety procedures
- Performing additional production and machine operation duties as required
