Qualification of Bilingual Team Lead – Textile Department
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous team lead, supervisory, textile, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties throughout the shift.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees and management.
- Ability to follow established safety and production procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
About the Bilingual Team Lead – Textile Department Role
As a Bilingual Team Lead – Textile Department, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and support employees within the Textile Department.
- Communicate daily assignments, expectations, and production goals.
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and product quality.
- Ensure employees follow established safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate with employees and management in both English and Spanish.
- Address employee questions and concerns.
- Report workplace or production issues to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
- Assist with additional department duties as needed.
