Job Description
M-F 7-3 with possible OT
Interview position
Metatarsals, uniform provided (must sign deduction agreement)
HS diploma/GED
Key qualities – Self motivated, professional, respectful, present well, as they will have interactions with Nucor employees and they are Harbison's customer. This position is a labor-intensive job, assisting the customer(s) in lining, relining and repairing ladles in the melt shop at Nucor. Handle bricks by hand for multiple hours at a time. Bricks weigh 8-20lbs each. Will work with a FT employee to gain experience. Industrial experience a plus. This is a safety strict facility. Attendance is crucial! Interviews and Safety training will be done online in our office. 7 year criminal BG, employment and education verification, 10 panel DT. HS diploma or GED, if not, they can take an Eskills test.
