Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Material Handler.
Material Handler Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Erlanger, KY
Material Handler Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting ranging from 25–75 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack.
- Comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures.
- Ability to work safely in noisy conditions.
- Comfortable working around wet or slippery surfaces, spilled products, torn cans, broken glass, hot water, and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to perform physically demanding material-handling duties throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to safety and surroundings.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Shorts are permitted.
- Ability to follow established workplace safety procedures.
About the Material Handler Role
As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
- Load and support production lines.
- Move products and materials throughout the facility.
- Operate a pallet jack.
- Perform replenishment duties as needed.
- Hand-stack products and materials.
- Lift and move products weighing between 25–75 lbs.
- Maintain an efficient work pace in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep materials organized and properly positioned.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Follow established material-handling and safety procedures.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
