Job Description

Production Operator – Day Shift
Georgetown, KY
Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule Information

  • A and C day shifts available
  • 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Rotating 12-hour, 2-3 schedule
  • Workdays repeat every two weeks
  • Average of 15–17 workdays per month
  • Every other weekend off

Production Operator Requirements

  • Minimum of six months of production or manufacturing experience
  • Steady employment history preferred
  • Previous experience working 12-hour shifts preferred
  • Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule
  • Ability to use hand tools safely
  • Willingness to complete required training before operating machinery or powered equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove molded products from production presses.
  • Clean, inspect, trim, and assemble products according to quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Identify and report products that do not meet specifications.
  • Record scrap accurately and place it in the designated area.
  • Use approved hand tools to complete trimming and assembly tasks.
  • Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Operate machinery or powered equipment only after receiving proper training and authorization.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Perform additional production duties as assigned.
