Job Description

Fulfillment Associate – Inbound
Louisville, KY
Pay: $15.50/hour

Schedule Information

  • Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday
  • 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Fulfillment Associate Requirements

  • Ability to work in an inbound warehouse department
  • Ability to lift and handle boxes throughout the shift
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to product and inventory accuracy
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
  • Commitment to warehouse-safety procedures
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or receiving experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inbound products and materials.
  • Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Verify products and quantities for accuracy.
  • Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Label and stage products for stocking or further processing.
  • Place products in assigned warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inbound and inventory records.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform additional fulfillment and receiving duties as assigned.
