Equipment Operator – 3rd Shift
Louisville, KY
Pay: $17.00/hour
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Equipment Operator Requirements
- At least one year of experience operating reach trucks or stand-up forklifts
- Experience operating stock pickers or order pickers preferred
- Previous warehouse or distribution-center experience
- Ability to maneuver equipment safely in narrow aisles and crowded areas
- Strong attention to inventory and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory scanning, labeling, and stock verification
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to forklift and warehouse-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach trucks and stock pickers safely and efficiently.
- Pick, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Select products according to order specifications.
- Place products in the correct storage or staging locations.
- Load and unload products from pallets, racks, and shelves.
- Scan, label, and verify products and stock levels.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock-replenishment activities.
- Complete equipment inspections before use.
- Report equipment damage, inventory discrepancies, and safety hazards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and accessible aisles and work areas.
- Maneuver equipment carefully to prevent damage to products, racks, and facility infrastructure.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and productivity standards.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
