Looking for candidates with 2–3+ years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with demonstrated experience loading/unloading trailers or containers and handling pallets of varying sizes.

Loading and unloading trailers or containers

Mixed pallet sizes, weights, and load heights, including non-standard or uneven loads

Adjusting fork spacing and safely judging load stability, clearance, and weight distribution

Maneuvering in tight spaces, including inside trailers or containers

High-volume material handling while minimizing product, equipment, and trailer damage

Recognizing unsafe loads and knowing when to stop, reposition, restack, or request assistance
