Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate.
E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Groveport, OH
E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous RF scanner experience required.
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to pick and pack online orders efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain an accurate and consistent work pace.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property.
- Ability to follow established workplace safety and quality procedures.
About the E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Role
As an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick products for online customer orders.
- Pack online orders accurately for shipment.
- Use an RF scanner to locate and process products.
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy.
- Prepare completed orders for fulfillment and shipment.
- Maintain accuracy while working toward daily fulfillment goals.
- Organize products and materials throughout the work area.
- Identify and report order or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Work with team members to complete customer orders efficiently.
- Follow established warehouse, quality, and safety procedures.
- Perform additional e-commerce and warehouse duties as assigned.
