Location: Westport Plaza – Maryland Heights, MO
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Pay: $40.00–$45.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor/Specialist to join a team of driven, talented professionals who are passionate about finding and attracting top talent.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, identify qualified candidates, and provide an exceptional recruiting experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and developing creative strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on recruiting, candidate selection, and hiring practices.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and promote recruiting best practices throughout the organization.
- Proactively source diverse and qualified candidates for professional and operational positions, including Engineering, Accounting & Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates based on position requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers within established service-level expectations.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and interview teams to evaluate candidates and determine next steps following interviews.
- Extend employment offers and assist candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
- Utilize recruiting data and metrics to evaluate results and adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; a combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience is preferred.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Ability to effectively manage approximately 15–20 open positions at a time.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, Hiring Managers, and employees at all levels.
- Strong experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, close-knit team.
- Comfortable working in an environment that values autonomy, trust, respect, and individual strengths.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on data and business needs.
