Production Associate – 1st Shift
Shepherdsville, KY
Pay: $16.00/hour

- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Production Associate Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal production instructions
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Ability to complete repetitive assembly and packaging tasks
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace-safety procedures
- Previous production, assembly, or packaging experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Build, pack, and assemble packaging materials according to customer requirements.
- Place finished products into individual or bulk containers.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
- Verify that completed products meet customer specifications.
- Label, organize, and prepare finished products for the next production stage.
- Maintain an efficient production pace throughout the shift.
- Follow established production instructions and safety procedures.
- Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
