Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Equipment Wash Associate.
Equipment Wash Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Wilmington, OH
Equipment Wash Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience using high-pressure washing equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to climb ladders safely.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to identify leaks, worn tires, and other equipment concerns.
- Knowledge of workplace hazards and safety precautions.
- Ability to safely operate pressure-washing equipment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow established safety procedures and instructions.
About the Equipment Wash Associate Role
As an Equipment Wash Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate pressure-washing equipment to clean powered equipment.
- Clean cargo tractors, belt loaders, cargo loaders, vans, pickup trucks, and other equipment.
- Assist with cleaning approximately 180 pieces of equipment according to a monthly schedule.
- Apply wash soap safely and correctly.
- Inspect equipment surfaces after washing for missed areas or remaining debris.
- Check equipment for leaks, worn tires, and other visible concerns.
- Report equipment concerns or potential maintenance issues.
- Return cleaned equipment to the appropriate location for use.
- Clean up waste materials after completing assigned work.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow established safety procedures to protect employees, equipment, and client property.
- Perform additional equipment cleaning duties as assigned.
