Pay Rate: $16.91/hr
Location: New Albany, OH
Controlled Environment Cleaner Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning and sanitation duties.
- Ability to safely use approved cleaning solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to follow controlled-environment cleaning procedures.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Composite-toe shoes required.
- Jeans without holes and an appropriate T-shirt required.
- Hair must be pulled back.
- Ability to follow established workplace safety and sanitation procedures.
About the Controlled Environment Cleaner Role
As a Controlled Environment Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:
- Clean work surfaces within a controlled environment.
- Use approved cleaning solutions according to established procedures.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop designated areas.
- Clean and buff tile floors.
- Clean stainless steel and metal hardware.
- Disinfect and sterilize tools and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize containers and materials used during the cleaning process.
- Ensure tools, equipment, containers, and materials are properly disinfected before entering the controlled environment.
- Maintain established cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Follow established controlled-environment and safety procedures.
- Perform additional cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned.
