Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packing Associate.
Packing Associate Job Details
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Florence, KY
Packing Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous packing, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- RF scanner experience required.
- English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.
- Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Ability to stand and remain physically active throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive packing and material-handling tasks.
- Ability to follow established packing, quality, and safety procedures.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.
About the Packing Associate Role
As a Packing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare products for outgoing shipments.
- Safely package products according to established procedures.
- Label boxes and packages accurately.
- Use an RF scanner to process and track products.
- Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
- Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Organize and stage completed orders for delivery.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
- Perform repetitive packing and material-handling duties.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.
