1+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or fast-paced production experience preferred

Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and respirator

Operating production machinery used in the manufacturing of battery components

Loading metal envelope plates and other raw materials into production equipment

Operating machines that clean and prepare positive and negative battery plates

Transporting materials between storage areas and production machinery

Setting up and adjusting machines according to production specifications

Performing machine changeovers to accommodate different plate and separator sizes

Monitoring machine operations to ensure proper performance and production efficiency

Identifying and clearing plate and separator jams

Calibrating equipment and ensuring materials are loaded correctly

Feeding raw materials and components into semi-automated production machines

Assembling battery components and wrapping them in protective materials

Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Performing additional production, material handling, and machine operation duties as assigned
