Crown Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator in Florence, KY!
Machine Operator Job Details
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr + $1.50 shift differential between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (work 2 days, off 2 days, repeat). Must be available to work every other weekend.
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Location: Florence, KY

Requirements of the Machine Operator
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule and every other weekend
- Must have safety shoes
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- Basic math and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator 2
- Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup
- Control line speeds, production rates, and equipment operation
- Start and stop equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Complete required production documentation, including downtime reports and HACCP paperwork
- Follow SAP, SOP, safety, and quality procedures
- Operate machinery safely with minimal supervision
- Maintain production standards while ensuring product quality
- Communicate production issues and updates to team members and management
