Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembly Associate.
Assembly Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location: South Lebanon, OH
Assembly Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous assembly, packaging, or production experience preferred.
- Entry-level candidates welcome.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks.
- Ability to handle CDs, cases, and packaging materials carefully.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to inspect products for accuracy and quality.
- Ability to organize and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity while completing repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow established workplace safety procedures.
- Willingness to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic required.
About the Assembly Associate Role
As an Assembly Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble and package CDs according to production requirements.
- Place CDs into their designated cases.
- Ensure CDs are properly positioned and secured inside their cases.
- Inspect CD cases and packaging materials for visible damage.
- Verify that products are assembled correctly before shipment.
- Organize completed CD cases for packaging and distribution.
- Prepare finished products for shipment.
- Assist with sorting and organizing CDs and packaging materials.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage during assembly.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Follow established production instructions and quality standards.
- Maintain an efficient workflow to support daily production goals.
- Identify damaged or incorrect products and report concerns to supervisors.
- Keep assembly materials and finished products organized.
- Work cooperatively with team members to complete assigned production tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow all company safety and production procedures.
- Complete additional assembly and packaging duties as assigned.
