Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate.
E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Groveport, OH
E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or e-commerce experience required.
- Previous experience using an RF scanner required.
- Ability to accurately pick and pack online customer orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to follow picking, packing, and shipping instructions.
- Ability to identify products using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet daily productivity and order fulfillment expectations.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience handling, sorting, and organizing warehouse merchandise.
- Ability to verify product quantities, descriptions, and order information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify order discrepancies.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a warehouse team.
- Ability to perform repetitive picking, packing, and material-handling tasks.

About the E-Commerce Warehouse Associate Role
As an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack online customer orders in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.
- Use RF scanners to locate, identify, and process merchandise.
- Accurately select products according to customer order requirements.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, and order information before packing.
- Prepare online orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Inspect merchandise for accuracy and visible damage.
- Ensure products are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label and organize completed packages for distribution.
- Follow established order picking and packing procedures.
- Maintain accuracy while processing multiple customer orders.
- Support daily order fulfillment goals and shipping deadlines.
- Assist with processing customer orders according to established fulfillment deadlines.
- Identify and report incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise.
- Use warehouse systems and RF scanners to track order progress.
- Organize products and materials within designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain an efficient workflow to support daily productivity expectations.
- Assist with sorting, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment.
- Communicate order discrepancies and inventory concerns to supervisors.
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet fulfillment goals.
- Remain physically active throughout the shift while performing warehouse duties.
- Follow established warehouse safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Complete additional e-commerce fulfillment and warehouse duties as assigned.
