Machining Operator
Bowling Green, KY
Pay: $18.00/hour
Full-Time | 1st and 2nd Shift Available

Schedule
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
Machining Operator Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred
- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand basic English
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer and mathematical skills
- Ability to use measuring tools, such as calipers
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to identify unusual operating conditions and respond appropriately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor automated CNC machining lines used to produce aluminum alloy billets for forging presses
- Ensure equipment operates within established parameters
- Handle materials using a forklift and overhead crane as needed
- Monitor product quality and follow established quality standards
- Make machine offset adjustments when necessary and authorized
- Complete required production paperwork and documentation
- Perform machine changeovers as needed
- Identify equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all production procedures, safety requirements, and quality guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
