Mixing Operator – 3rd Shift
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $17.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 3rd shift
- Must train on 1st shift for approximately four to six weeks
- Training hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Mixing Operator Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two to three years of recent manufacturing experience required
- Previous chemical-mixing and material-weighing experience
- Excellent reading and basic math skills
- Ability to follow formulas, measurements, and written production instructions
- Ability to train on first shift before transitioning to third shift
- Ability to stand frequently throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Commitment to chemical-handling, PPE, and workplace-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and weigh materials according to production formulas.
- Mix chemicals and slurry according to established instructions.
- Operate and monitor assigned production machinery.
- Load and unload parts and materials.
- Verify measurements and ingredient quantities for accuracy.
- Monitor the mixing process and report production or quality concerns.
- Follow all chemical-handling and workplace-safety procedures.
- Use required personal protective equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records as required.
- Keep the mixing and production areas clean and organized.
- Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
