Assembler – 1st Shift
Lawrenceburg, KY
Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule Information
- 1st shift
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Assembler Requirements
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete repetitive production tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Commitment to production and workplace-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, grade, and stack tile according to production requirements.
- Place tile in the correct locations on production machinery.
- Inspect tile to ensure it is positioned correctly and remains straight.
- Identify and rework tile that does not meet quality requirements.
- Insert completed tile into cardboard boxes.
- Send packaged products through the taping machine.
- Stack completed boxes safely on pallets.
- Load cutting machines with tile.
- Transfer tile into crates as directed.
- Complete additional cutting-area duties assigned by the Plant Manager.
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace-safety and production procedures.
- Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned.
