Monday-Thursday | 6am-4pm | $15/hr

Job Description
We are seeking dependable Assembly Workers to build and bundle custom wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical enclosures. No previous experience is required, as training will be provided!
Responsibilities:
- Cut, strip, and crimp wires according to instructions.
- Assemble and bundle wires and cable components.
- Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Read and follow written, step-by-step instructions.
- Measure wires using a ruler and inspect finished products for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirements
- No previous experience required; all training provided.
- Must be able to read and write basic English.
- Ability to read ruler measurements and measure wires accurately.
- Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions.
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift items with team-lift assistance as needed.
Dress Code
- Casual attire is permitted.
- Closed-toed shoes are required.
- No Crocs, slippers, or sandals.
- No offensive graphics or oversized logos on clothing.
Workplace Policies
- Cell phones are not permitted on the production floor.
- Spill-proof drinks are allowed.
- Music is permitted with one earbud only, keeping the other ear open for safety and communication.
