Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production and Warehouse Associate.
Production and Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Mason, OH
Production and Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous reach truck experience preferred.
- Sit-down forklift experience considered for candidates willing to learn additional equipment.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Bilingual applicants are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable performing physically active warehouse duties.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work history required.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Closed-toe footwear required.
About the Production and Warehouse Associate Role
As a Production and Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with daily production and warehouse operations.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Operate forklifts and other authorized material-handling equipment.
- Move and organize products throughout warehouse and production areas.
- Assist with receiving and preparing materials for distribution.
- Handle products and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain accurate order picking and product organization.
- Support daily production and operational efficiency goals.
- Follow established workplace safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity expectations.
- Learn additional warehouse and production responsibilities as needed.
- Complete additional manufacturing and material-handling duties as assigned.
