Job Description
Crown Staffing is Now Hiring Full-Time Paint Line / Powder Coating Workers in Washington, MO!
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $20.00/hr
Overtime: Voluntary Saturdays, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload metal parts on the powder coating line.
- Hang parts for processing and inspect finished products for quality.
- Package orders and assist with shipping and receiving.
- Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Team lifting is required for items weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Previous manufacturing, powder coating, or warehouse experience preferred.
