Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Returns Associate.
Warehouse Returns Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Groveport, OH
Warehouse Returns Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous RF scanner experience required.
- Ability to accurately receive, sort, and process returned merchandise.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding warehouse duties.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately identify, label, and sort products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong commitment to accuracy and productivity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with warehouse team members.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
About the Warehouse Returns Associate Role
As a Warehouse Returns Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Receive and process merchandise returned from retail stores.
- Inspect and sort damaged products and returned inventory.
- Process store pullbacks and determine appropriate product disposition.
- Assist with international product transfers.
- Perform item-level receiving and inventory processing.
- Fill merchandise into active inventory locations.
- Pack products from active inventory for shipment or transfer.
- Pick and organize merchandise according to warehouse requirements.
- Apply RFID labels to products and inventory.
- Sort and organize returned merchandise by product type and disposition.
- Use RF scanners to track and process inventory accurately.
- Move and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Perform heavy lifting and material-handling tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate product identification and inventory movement.
- Follow established receiving, sorting, and processing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned.
