Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$30.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Grinder Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Interview required.
- Proven experience operating manual grinding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, prints, and specifications.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Ability to work in a precision manufacturing environment.
About the Grinder Operator Role
As a Grinder Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC grinding equipment.
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure and inspect finished workpieces for accuracy.
- Dress grinding wheels as needed.
- Maintain precise dimensions and finishes.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
