Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Inventory Control Specialist.
Inventory Control Specialist Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Inventory Control Specialist Requirements/Qualifications
- 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience required.
- Forklift and reach lift experience required.
- Previous experience using handheld scanners required.
- Experience with PLEX or other inventory management systems required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Strong math skills and accurate counting ability.
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About the Inventory Control Specialist Role
As an Inventory Control Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate inventory records throughout warehouse operations.
- Use handheld scanners to scan, track, and update inventory.
- Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with reconciliation.
- Enter inventory transactions and information into PLEX or other warehouse management systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate product locations.
- Operate forklifts and reach lifts to safely move, store, and retrieve materials.
- Ensure materials are properly stored and organized throughout the warehouse.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports and documentation.
- Communicate inventory issues and discrepancies to appropriate team members.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support daily warehouse and inventory operations.
