Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:15 AM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Location: Columbus, OH
Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- All languages are welcome.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to use hands to build boxes, close bags, apply labels and tape, and package products.
- Ability to work at different workstations based on production needs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to accurately record production information.
- Ability to meet established productivity and quality standards.
- No jewelry is permitted in the facility.
- Ability to follow established workplace safety procedures.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for individual packaging.
- Package products according to work instructions.
- Load, unload, and operate automated packaging equipment.
- Assemble finished products.
- Build boxes, close bags, apply labels and tape, and package products.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report product discrepancies or non-conforming products.
- Work at different production stations as needed.
- Accurately record production data to track productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all established safety procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions or quality concerns to supervisors.
