Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Bilingual Warehouse Lead.
Bilingual Warehouse Lead Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM/9:00 PM (flexibility for earlier start times required)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Moraine, OH
Bilingual Warehouse Lead Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Forklift operating experience required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to read and follow work orders accurately.
- Experience organizing inventory and preparing shipments preferred.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and move warehouse materials.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including earlier start times when required.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
About the Bilingual Warehouse Lead Role
As a Bilingual Warehouse Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead daily warehouse operations and support efficient workflow.
- Organize and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Operate a forklift to safely load and unload trucks.
- Move and organize products within designated warehouse areas.
- Build and stage pallets for outgoing shipments.
- Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate product selection.
- Prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Verify products are properly organized and ready for shipping.
- Coordinate warehouse activities to maintain productivity.
- Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
