Rental Sales Associate Job Details
Schedule: Flexible Schedule – Mornings, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Rental Sales Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Comfortable recommending additional products and services.
- Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the Rental Sales Associate Role
As a Rental Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist customers at the airport rental counter.
- Qualify drivers for vehicle rentals according to company policies.
- Verify driver's licenses and required rental documentation.
- Process rental agreements and transactions accurately.
- Recommend vehicle upgrades, protection plans, and additional rental services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate rental options.
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of rental policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Answer customer questions regarding rental agreements and available services.
- Work toward individual sales and customer service goals.
- Maintain accurate rental records and transaction information.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Assist with additional rental counter and customer service duties as assigned.
