Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Cleaning Associate.
Warehouse Cleaning Associate Job Details
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM
Pay Rate: $17.41/hr
Location: New Albany, OH
Warehouse Cleaning Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing cleaning and warehouse production duties.
- Ability to work in a controlled environment and follow specific cleaning procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning and sanitizing work areas.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and approved cleaning procedures.
- Comfortable working on a production line and assisting with packaging tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must wear composite-toe shoes, jeans without holes, and an appropriate T-shirt.
- Hair must be pulled back while working.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

About the Warehouse Cleaning Associate Role
As a Warehouse Cleaning Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces in a controlled environment using approved cleaning solutions.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop designated areas as permitted.
- Clean and buff tile floors.
- Clean stainless steel and metal hardware.
- Disinfect and sterilize tools, equipment, containers, and cleaning materials before entering controlled environments.
- Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned work areas.
- Assist with warehouse production line operations as needed.
- Assemble boxes and assist with packaging tasks.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
- Complete additional cleaning, warehouse, and production duties as assigned.
