Position Overview
Crown Staffing is seeking experienced Warehouse Order Pickers to join our team. Candidates must have strong, hands-on experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker. Reach Truck experience is a plus but not required.
Candidates must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English. The hiring process includes a resume review and skills assessment. Interviews are scheduled throughout the week.
Cherry Picker experience is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with daily warehouse operations
- Wrap and prepare pallets
- Load trailers and containers
- Inspect products for damage and report issues as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment safely
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Perform routine cleaning and equipment upkeep
- Follow instructions from supervisors and management
- Work independently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Communicate with management to help achieve daily operational goals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience picking and fulfilling orders
- 3+ years of Cherry Picker / Stand-Up Order Picker experience
- 3+ years of Walkie Rider experience
- 3+ years of Reach Truck experience
- Turret Reach Truck experience is a plus
- Experience using shipping scanners
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Spanish is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Computer Skills
Experience with warehouse inventory systems is preferred. DSI and JDE experience is a plus.
Equipment
The facility primarily uses Crown-brand warehouse equipment.
Overtime
Overtime may be required between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturday work.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
