Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Description:
The Food Service Worker assists with food preparation, setup, and serving in designated food service areas throughout the facility. This position may work anywhere on the client's premises where food is prepared and served. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and sanitary workstations, assisting with meal service, and ensuring food service areas are organized and ready for daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up food service areas, counters, and steam tables.
- Serve food to customers, patients, or staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with basic food preparation and portioning as needed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, counters, and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation and serving areas.
- Replenish food, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Follow all facility policies and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional food service duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, and move supplies as needed.
Work Environment:
This position works in food preparation and serving areas throughout the client's facility. Employees must maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
