Rental Sales Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Rental Sales Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude while assisting customers.
- Comfortable recommending additional products and services to meet sales goals.
About the Rental Sales Associate Role
As a Rental Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome customers at the airport rental counter.
- Qualify drivers for vehicle rentals according to company policies.
- Verify driver's licenses and other required documentation.
- Process rental agreements and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend vehicle upgrades, protection plans, and other optional rental products and services.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental process.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and rental requirements.
