Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Construction Laborer.
Construction Laborer Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00/6:30 AM–2:00/2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Location: Columbus, OH
Hours: 32–40 hours per week

Construction Laborer Requirements/Qualifications
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
- Must be eligible to drive company vehicles (subject to insurance approval).
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently on job sites when needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
About the Construction Laborer Role
As a Construction Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform general job site cleanup and housekeeping.
- Assist with basic construction tasks as assigned.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites when authorized.
- Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and other personnel on job sites.
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements.
- Assist with additional duties to support construction projects.
